Smith Wigglesworth wrote this full-gospel book to explain miraculous healings and the Baptism in the Holy Spirit.

Wheelchair-bound children, old women with cancer, men deaf from birth, and thousands of others were miraculously healed by God during Wigglesworth's ministry. Seven people were raised from the dead, including Polly, Smith's wife. Smith Wigglesworth wrote this full-gospel book to explain miraculous healings and the Baptism in the Holy Spirit. He also writes of tongues accompanying the Holy Spirit Baptism and the separate Gift of Tongues. It is by far the best book I've read on the topics.

Smith Wigglesworth was born on 8 June 1859 in Menston, Yorkshire . Wigglesworth believed that healing came through faith, and he was flexible in his approach.

Smith Wigglesworth was born on 8 June 1859 in Menston, Yorkshire, England, to an impoverished family. As a small child, he worked in the fields pulling turnips alongside his mother; he also worked in factories to help provide for his family  . He often stated that it was the only book he ever read, and did not permit newspapers in his home, preferring the Bible to be their only reading material. Wigglesworth worked as a plumber, but he abandoned this trade because he was too busy for it after he started preaching.

Smith Wigglesworth has been described as the "Apostle of Faith". This little book is evidence of the aptness of that description!
Ever Increasing Faith is jam-packed with sermons, eye-witness accounts of his ministry, and reflections on God's goodness, grace and power.
Wheelchair-bound children, old women with cancer, men deaf from birth, and thousands of others were miraculously healed by God during Wigglesworth's ministry. Seven people were raised from the dead, including Polly, Smith's wife.
What is most touching though, is to see his humility, his passion to glorify God, and his earnest desire to be closer and closer to Christ. He was an empty vessel, desiring to be more and more filled with the Holy Spirit. God used him in mightier ways than any other twentieth century evangelist. His wife Polly taught him how to read and the Holy Spirit taught him how to preach. And preach he did, doing the work of God, bringing thousands around the world to the place of wonder, of healing, and to salvation.
This book is a feast for anyone who is hungry for more of God.

Smith Wigglesworth was a man of great faith. This insight to his life before his powerful ministry really got started speaks to those Christians who are seeing a deeper life with the Lord; who want to have a ministry with the signs following, as spoken of in the Bible. WIgglesworth was not a particularly active seeker in the beginning and it is interesting to see the roll his wife played in the proces of being changed by the Lord from a Sunday-Go-To-meeting person to a man who was consumed with love of his Lord and his willingness to do, to be whatever the Lord wanted him to do/be. It is fascinating reading, and will "charge your batteries" if you are hungry for more of the Lord. I highly recommend that the reader would read it over several times.

For those whom desire a deeper relationship with God. Who aren't satisfied with average, but desire ALL that God has for them. Many testimonies of Gods power and desire for us! To walk in love and faith, believing and trusting moment by moment.

This book is a real faith builder. I like all of the books by Smith Wigglesworth. This one I will never forget as I was reading it during a storm that had taken out our power. Reading about Smith's faith and miracles inspired us to rebuke that terrible wind storm. The wind instantly stopped, as if it was cut with a hot knife through butter. We were stunned speechless for about four minutes. I attribute it to the faith that was inspired by this book and to the power of the name spoken in that prayer.

Everyone has a different lense through which they see things. And i don't want to deter people from reading this if it will help them, but i felt an overall unbending spirit and slight negativity in this. There were absolute nuggets of wisdom and gold in this piece. . . But there was a more old school, traditional, and unmoving feel to this that i couldn't get past, no matter how badly i wanted to.

Amazing book, written by an amazing believer. There is gold here in it's pages, and an open door to living a miraculous life of service for each and every Christian. All we have to do is believe what God has said, ask for Him to use us, and watch it happen!!
I love that the book is direct it gives you the Word nothing subtracting on how to effectively exercise your faith. I would recommend to young Christians who have not been corrupted by theology or the self fulfilling opinions of man but to take the Word of Jesus as it is, believe it and act on it.
I give 5 stars because it is indeed a blessing and this is one of the books I will be reading again and again. It has taught me about faith and the literal truth of the Bible about what belongs to us in Christ Jesus if we only believe, speak the Word and act upon it.
God bless
