I purchased this book and I think it's a great book. We as adults have come to realize we need to start eating better, for better health. And we often forget the same thing should apply to our children, After all they are our future and unhealthy children do not have a very bright future in store. I also know that Valerie Saxion is a Christian woman and uses biblical terms throughout this book which I think is great also. So for any one who has a problem with that, they should not purchase this book, but on the other hand if you love your children and want the best health for them whether you are Christlike or not you need to get this book and maybe then you will understand that as you love your children and want them to be well, God loves his children and wants them to be well also.
