Textbooks do not ususally excite me, but the case studies listed are very current and helpful as examples of business organizations today. I would highly recommend this book as a great source for study.

This text is well-written and provides good examples but it is a very slow read since the material is so dense. At times the writing style seems dry but I have learned a lot using this book and it is very informative.
