This book had some things in it I wasn't practicing . It is very customer focus which I think some of us leasing professional forget. The book was a great reminder of how we should treat people and make some money in the process.
I bought this book when I was a leasing a consultant and it was very informative. I would recommend it to anyone in the leasing industry! The book was delivered on time as well.
