My family has enjoyed all the DK Pocket Guides over the past 25 years. They average around $5. each and are loaded with information. They kept my two young sons busy for countless hours, and they learned a lot.
Imagine my surprise when my recent order of Trees, list price $5.95 cost me $44.49, (obviously a typo) when the real price would have been $4.49. It was impossible to get this price corrected by Amazon.Com because it is an outside vendor, although they allowed me to return the book for a refund - a chore I would have rather avoided.
Unfortunately, I still want the book, so will have to find it elsewhere.
