The conclusion of the Council of Thieves adventure path, Pathfinder Adventure Path: Council of Thieves #1 - The Bastards of Erebus,Pathfinder Adventure Path: Council of Thieves #2 - The Sixfold TrialPathfinder Adventure Path: Council of Thieves #3 - What Lies in Dust,Pathfinder Adventure Path: Council of Thieves #4 - The Infernal Syndrome, and Pathfinder Adventure Path: Council of Thieves #5 - Mother of Flies the players find themselves finally able to confront the Drovenge siblings and hopefully put an end to their plans for Westcrown.

First off, you can't start with this adventure (our group started with adventure #3 and I was able to integrate our existing party and it worked well. The major difference in this adventure as opposed to the earlier modules is that this one is much more free-form. The GM will need to keep a number of simultaneous plotlines in their head and be ready to run any of them as the players take actions. This isn't a bad thing, but as the prior adventures were more traditional linear model it came as a bit of shock to me as the GM, and to a lesser extent to the players who felt that they didn't know what to do and where to go next. It is a series of small mini-adventures that usually are just a single simple encounter. It builds heavily on the prior adventures and this was the first time that the party not having been in adventures 1 and 2 was a hindrance.

In the end, while it was confusing to the players and to me as the GM, it was a good conclusion to the story arc and I have to admit that I prefer this type of long term story over one shots that don't have continuity.
