I highly recommend it (obviously, or I would not have bought it twice!) The blurb chosen as a sample is not a good one-don't let it put you off. There are two "intro" tracks that kind of give you do's and dont's about sleep, and then three great get to sleep tracks (totaling about 50 minutes, I think).
