Fall Asleep, Stay Asleep:. I went to sleep pretty fast for me. I woke several times during that first night, which was "normal" for me, but I was able to quickly return to sleep. Since then, I have slept better and better. I am taking less medication: I've cut out Ambien, expecting to cut out Tylenol PM and use less Melatonin

I have serious insomnia problems and it takes only about 20-25 minutes most nights for this to put me to sleep, which is a miracle. I highly recommend it (obviously, or I would not have bought it twice!)

There are two "intro" tracks that kind of give you do's and dont's about sleep, and then three great get to sleep tracks (totaling about 50 minutes, I think).

I did not find this cd helpful at all. I am sorry that I bought it. I didn't get any help from listening to it at all. I do get help from all of Glenn Harrolds CDs but this one was useless. Sorry!

This is soothing and might have helped me fall asleep however there's a loud message from Audible at the very end!!! The loud jarring tone undid any benefits gained!!!
Maybe it can be ordered from another source without such a message.
A codicil: I love Dr. Rossman's voice and his CD. It helped me get to sleep. The problem with this item is Audible. I would fall asleep and then the loud Audible voice would wake me at the end. If you have insomnia this is upsetting. This is true of any relaxation audio from Audible. I was so mad that I wrote the company, bit they offered no solution
