Clean food recipes, easy and thoughtful. My fave recipes are: granola, Sicilian style shrimp with cauliflower, bulgur and lentil pilaf, roasted sweet potatoes. I also like how throughout the book it lists "4 ways to use apples/ chiles/ mushrooms/ tomatoes/ etc".
