What a timely, well organized, and well-written book! The author, Dr. Eaves has taken the time to put together a success formula, tested, tried and proven by the graduating quality of Morehouse graduates. It is a must have for any administrator, teacher, principal and parent of young black boys.

This book takes a stand different from the regular discussion on the ills or lack that hold young black boys back, and focuses rather, on actionable strategies for empowerment, goal setting, self-esteem and more.

I found this book to be very useful.
