This is a book that is required for school. I like how it flows and the practice questions - there are a few areas where I end the chapter and still don't have one or two questions answered - but it is a very good book to learn the subject matter from. The chapters aren't too long and there are section highlight Q&A's from paralegals who are working in that specific area that are interesting. Good layout and good size print. I am actually enjoying the read quite a bit.

This text was the required book for my class. It explains things pretty well, but is short on writing samples. There are some, but in my estimation there should be more. It is difficult to get a sense of some of the types of writing, because only one example is given.

It has helped me to catch up with the process for analysis and writing before I go back to school.

I could see the book had been used a little. Not much was highlighted but that's alright with me. It just looked like it had been shoved in a book bag for a semester, but that was expected. I've seen worce books in our bookstore. I'm happy with it.
