Bad application of OCR - obviously not proofed before publication; may have been translated with poor software or from a bad scan. Preview sample shows multiple gross errors per page, breaking up sentences, captions, chapter headings, or any other text. Very visibly broken.

A cursory proofing of the text would have shown the problem at a single glance. Fixing it could probably have been done by re-translation with better software, or re-scanning of a better copy.

I don't know who made this book by Jules Verne
into an e-book, but whoever did obviously didn't do a very good job. It was literally filled with at
mistakes such as " ©nicer" and " capi.bl ". for all of its mistakes it's still a good book, assuming of course you are willing to read over the mistakes.
But if you really want to read this book, I would
suggest you get another version of it.
