Thanks to Katherine Alford and Kathy Gunst for putting together this amazing book, Rage Baking to articulate what women in this industry feel is happening to this country, culture and society. At first I couldn’t really wrap my head around these two words because I never associated rage with baking. Baking for me is all about love, refuge, peace and quiet as it was my retreat into another world of misty flour, sugar, fruits and spices. But seeing this book as it arrived at my home, the idea crystallized in my heart immediately.
