Springtime in Burracombe" by Lillian Harry is nice book, even though sometime the action seem a little slow. It is nice change from all the books out there that is dealing with violence and too much sex in then.

Lilian Harry grew up near Portsmouth and now lives in a village on the edge of Dartmoor with her two miniature schnauzers. A keen bell-ringer and member of the local drama group, Lilian loves to walk on the moors. Her daughter and two grandchildren live nearby. To me is seem that the action is slower than it has been all of the other books.

Even thought I enjoyed this book, it was something to read when I've nothing else to read. Like a fill in on a Saturday afternoon. I enjoyed the characters but it just didn't grab me.
