Horrible, horrible. There are misspelled words in nearly every paragraph. Don't waste your money. There are much better books available.

Not a very useful book. Information too scattered. Does not fully explain itself. Quality of the book not worth the money. Major printing problem with the words. Words become jumbled up due to problem with the spacing. Example: Heart Failur ein Clinical Practice becomes 'HeartF ailureI nC linicalP actice'. Very poor quality!
