Books by Mary Higgins Clark. All Through the Night. I had a huge crush on Lord Henry and thought he and Sunday were a perfect couple

Books by Mary Higgins Clark. You Belong to Me. Pretend You Don’t See Her. My Gal Sunday. Moonlight Becomes You. Silent Night. I had a huge crush on Lord Henry and thought he and Sunday were a perfect couple. Yes, she could find happiness with him. Who couldn’t, for heaven’s sake? That was why, when I wanted to create a new husband-and-wife suspense team, I thought about Lord Henry and Sunday and asked myself, Suppose Henry is a former American president, smart, nice, rich, and gorgeous? Suppose Sunday is a stunning, savvy young congresswoman? These stories are the result.

Sunday knew that she and Henry were sharing the same thought. So do you think telling that story would help my case? Shipman asked. Sunday insisted on cleaning up the kitchen while Henry escorted Tommy upstairs to rest

Sunday knew that she and Henry were sharing the same thought. The situation was beginning to look particularly bad: not only had Tom shot Arabella, but he had loaded the gun after her arrival. Sunday insisted on cleaning up the kitchen while Henry escorted Tommy upstairs to rest. Tommy, I wish there were someone staying here with you while all this is going on, the former president said. I hate to leave you alone.

Sunday and Tommy sat side by side on the leather couch in the library, staring into .

Sunday and Tommy sat side by side on the leather couch in the library, staring into the muzzle of a revolver. Sunday - surely no one person could really be that beautiful, that intelligent, that witty, that compassionate. Fortunately the Washington Post carried a story this morning about several minor mechanical adjustments that have to be made before the new plane can take its first flight on Friday. And to put your mind at rest even a little, be assured that we absolutely intend to go through with the exchange.

As obvious as the title says. This story started when Sunday (main female character and Henry’s wife) was kidnapped by an unknown culprit

As obvious as the title says. This story started when Sunday (main female character and Henry’s wife) was kidnapped by an unknown culprit. This story is quite challenging for they all have no clue on how to find her. And I was so touched on Henry’s undying love for Sunday. My oh my! Who knows that America’s sexiest man could be that charming? So far, the only concern that I find in this story is the blabber part.

This book is poorly written. It needs a proofreader to correct all the spelling and incorrect words. This does not even seem to be written by Mary Higgins Clark. She has always done a much better job. Perhaps her age is getting to her. That may be why she seems to only be coauthoring books now. I am surprised that her daughter and her publisher allowed such a travesty of her work to be released.

I liked the book however, the typos on the Kindle version were terrible! I am used to a few typos in a Kindle version but the fault lies there in this book. How can you type "clown" instead of "down"? That was one of the more interesting ones. 5 stars for Marry Higgins Clark and 0 stars for the Kindle version. Doesn't anyone proof the Kindle books?

I was somewhat disappointed this book turned out to be a small collection of different short stories with the same characters involved. This did not provide the time to develop any complex story on each, which is quite unusual for Clark's mystery books. But I still enjoyed reading them.

Each chapter was like a short story. What escapades by this former President and his gorgeous Congresswoman wife..... they are super sleuths .... unreal actually but I enjoyed each one of the happily ever after the dirty deeds while they solved problems and found solutions for everyone ... in the midst of the danger, I would hold my breath and sigh the relief when they figured out the mystery...... Fun reading if you like clean mysteries.

Didn't know there were going to be 3 stories. Nice surprised. Good bedtime stories or airplane entertainment. Haven't read Mary Higgins Clark in many years. Enjoyed it.

When I began reading the book, little did I know that it would be several stories in one. What a pleasant surprise I had when they were about the same couple each time. I loved each one of them and wouldn't mind more stories like this of different characters being in s separate but continuing stories in one book. Very clever. I read all of Ms. Higgins clarks book. Can't get enough. Rena diamond.

I really enjoyed reading this book and the short stories continued through the book about Sunday. One problem appeared when a word was corrected at one point and then was incorrect for other words. Fight replaced right as if a button was pushed to change all "right" words to "fight". Despite the error, the stories were great.
I found this couple loveable and for light reading I definitely want more. These short stories were so much fun.
