I have this book back in 1980's and I brought it with me when my family migrated to the USA. Unfortunately our house got burned and I was not able to save my recipe books and my most favorite of all is by Nora Daza. I learned my love for cooking from this book because they are easy and simpe, yet delicious. My daughter who is now a chef and do pop ups is also using this book to help her to be more creative when it comes to filipino dishes.

Not one of the best recipe books but if you like Filipino food it's a good start. Instructions are easy to understand although some of the ingredients are not available in the United States. Would recommend.

Let's Cook with Nora is comprehensive and authentic Filipino Cuisine. We have an old paperback version of this cookbook that has been re-bound, is missing pages and is yellowing with age. We know how to cook Pancit but had to look up the sauce for the Ukoy. This is the beauty of the book, the basics are all there for each dish, simply stated.
