Amazon may charge a couple dollars more, but the legitimacy of the website is worth the extra cost. I ordered a couple books from[...] in an effort to save a couple bucks. They claim that all orders are filled within 10 business days so I called 3 weeks (15 business days) after I ordered my first book and 2 1/2 weeks (12 business) after I ordered my second book to find out what the status was. I spoke with one of the rudest "customer service" reps ever and was told that my first order was cancelled because I bought a used copy of the book but they sold it to someone else first. When I asked why I wasn't contacted and given the opportunity to buy the new book (which they did have in stock), the rep got offended that I was critical of the lack of customer service and she told me she was cancelling both orders and hung up. When I called back to ask why the second order was being cancelled, she hung up again. I never raised my voice. All I did was ask questions that she didn't want to answer. Obviously she never answered the phone again. I think this website is run out of someone's basement. Very sketchy. Use [...] at your own risk.
