It's nothing more than a textbook. It arrived packaged well and in good quality (no rips, tears, missing pages, etc.). The book itself isn't a horrible read, but can be dry and quite long in certain areas. Definitely not a free-read, but worth having if you are taking a course in Social Insurance!
