Ivo Kranzfelder's book is a concise, informative biography on the personal life and work of George Grosz. Although it contains fewer than 100 pages, it's well-balanced with text, b&w reproductions, fullcolor illustrations, and b&w photos of the artist at work and at leisure. It's a book worth reading for its comprehensive, unbiased view of a highly accomplished artist whose talents went far beyond the realm of mere caricaturism.
