There is much written and spoken today concerning how to find more peace in our minds and joy in our hearts. Could it be that what is mostly missing in humanity and our world, keeping this beyond our reach, is the deeper understanding of how to live all that is in the way life and the universe are created to be?

Their hidden meaning: Fertility (life), purity, eroticism and funerals. 30% agree that they can be given as a sympathy flower, but 1. % believe they would be good to give on a birthday because lilies represent life and hope for the future. This hidden meaning shows that the lily is no longer seen as a flower of loss, but a representative of life and celebration. Entomological Meaning of the Daisy Flower Do you want to have more success and joy in your life? The best way to do this is by learning more about your name through.

Entomological Meaning of the Daisy Flower. The modern English word daisy comes from an Old English word that’s impossible to spell and next to impossible to pronounce. The important thing is that the Old English word meant day’s eye because daisy flowers only opened during the daytime. Daisy also became a slang word for something of excellent quality, as shown in books printed in the early 1800s. Do you want to have more success and joy in your life? The best way to do this is by learning more about your name through numerology. It is a 4,000 year-old science that can help you learn the meaning of your name, because your name was no accident!

This book is for people who ONLY want to know the MEANING of flowers, or find flowers to match a certain meaning. Simple and easy to read. It's basically a dictionary about flowers, tells you about their different meanings without including any other unnecessary information.

This book is for people who ONLY want to know the MEANING of flowers, or find flowers to match a certain meaning. This is wonderful and easy to use. If I see a flower I don't know of, I just google it for a picture. The first half tells you which flowers you may use depending on the message you want to convey ( for example: Admiration Lavender, Heather, Scabiosa, Purple Orchid).

I find it interesting that some stories tell us that Aphrodite arose from a giant clam shell (which is what a Venus Fly Trap looks like!) and that others tell us that she was the daughter of Dione and Zeus. Venus Fly Traps originated from the East Coast of Northern America and are a popular indoor plant around the world. Carnivorous, they capture their prey by simply being ready for the moment an insect walks across their hair triggers. Clamping shut, they slowly dissolve their meal.

Anyone who is interested in metaphysics, will enjoy this compendium of information.

I have read and studied this very thick and mentally intense textbook more than once, and although it contains very large and advanced conceptual teachings that challenge the ability of most human minds to grasp, it has been a life-changing experience for me. I have read lots of books on many similar topics, yet I have never discovered a greater single source of hidden wisdom than "Life's Hidden Meaning" by Niles MacFlouer. It has been the key to unlock the hidden meaning of so many other esoteric teachings that I have encountered, whether in books, esoteric groups, mystery schools, etc.

Due to the amount and intensity of the information contained in this life-changing, wisdom-based textbook, I can see why it may not be easy for everyone to easily grasp or understand it. It certainly is challenging to expand our minds, to integrate so much wisdom, and to put forth consistent efforts to improve ourselves based on what is revealed in "Life's Hidden Meaning". This is not a book for the faint of heart, but a serious de-mystification of the mysteries of our universe and the purpose of life.

Fortunately though, study groups exist so that readers can mutually help one another, and the author himself is always willing to offer assistance to those who are seriously interested in understanding and applying this de-mystified wisdom. I personally learned so much from this book and from the direct help of the author, Niles MacFlouer. I have since been able to see the normally hidden truth in many esoteric groups and their teachings, and I have a much greater understanding of life and the nature of our universe. I have become a much more conscious and capable person as a result of it.

It may not be apparent at first, but if one truly exerts the effort, he or she will discover an extremely valuable hidden treasure amongst us. Seek consistently, and you will certainly find.

At one time, there were many highly positive reviews (all 5 stars) for this book. I do not currently see all the original reviews here. Perhaps Amazon updated and renewed the reviews list, accidentally removing most of them.

Nevertheless, for anyone like Rebekah Mays (whom I personally know, by the way - "Hi, Rebekah") who may give a poor review of "Life's Hidden Meaning", I would encourage you to look a little deeper than the surface. It's easy to jump to conclusions when we don't look deeply enough to get an accurate understanding.

Rebekah or anyone else can even contact me or the author (and several others) for questions or assistance. This book and its vast ageless wisdom explanations can be intimidating or overwhelming for some, so it is understandable if this is not for you. However, those who are interested in better understanding themselves, the universe, and the hidden meaning of it all, should certainly consider buying and reading this book. I highly recommend it.

I deeply appreciate that Niles MacFlouer took the time and energy to write the 722 page book, Life's Hidden Meaning. This book is a wonderful service to humanity. It brings the esoteric teachings of the ages, as well as new esoteric information together and makes it available to everyone. This seems to be a sign of the times and I know that many of us who journey towards higher consciousness and peace on earth can benefit from the guidance in Life's Hidden Meaning.

Yes, it is a complex and highly intellectual work. However, it does provide the conceptual framework that is needed in order to bring this planet to peace and the sacredness it deserves. Only humanity can do this and it is my hope that everyone who cares about what happens to us in the coming years reads this book.

I wrote the "A Customer" review over ten years ago. I still believe this book is one of the best available. I have read some of the less than flattering reviews and all I can say is you have to be open-minded. I would put this book on my list of the top ten best esoteric books I have read.

I found this book in a Unity Church lending library, and borrowed it. What a mass of fantasy and trivia to compete with it's soul sister, the book of Urantia. Of course, it can be entertaining to read about all this intricate sub-racial detail and all the "rays" that determine behavior and consciousness level. But the book is truly the reflection of one silly man. Such silly men are often found leading self-proclaimed organizations like Ageless Wisdom Publishers.

As a gay man, I found the book particularly disgusting and repugnant. It contains the fundamentalist CHristian viewpoint that homosexuality is somehow a choice and that it is "dark" and in some mysterious way destroys the soul, since love is only capable of the proper energy exchange between male and female sex organs. OK, fine. Utter rubbish from a man who fantasizes what happened millions of years ago on Atlantis and Lemuria but mirrors the 19th century attitudes about homosexuality which have been abandoned by most modern therapista and New Thought Spiritual Centers.

So, if you are a fundamentalist CHristian with a huge set of hates and dogma, but want a ride on the wild side (secretly reading about Lemuria flying ships that used crystal technology, and how apes and humans were interbred to be slaves) enjoy yourself. Your bigotry towards gay people will not be impacted, so you can read this insanely detailed drivel and still be safely within your box.

Spiritual truth is not contained in 700 page tomes of intellectual concepts and bigotry. Spiritual truth is of the HEART Center. We are children of God. As so, we inherit all the qualities of God, including love, compassion, knowing and power. Our answers are found within by practicing moments of silence where we bond with God (we are God's manifestation in the physical realm). You do not have to know anything from this silly book - just know God. There is more of God manifested in a humble illiterate washer woman than in the most highly intellectual person who reads this mental tome. May I suggest an alternative? Try LESSONS IN TRUTH by Emilie Cady, an author from over 100 years ago who in 1 delightful small book capsulized more truth than Niles could do if he wrote 22,000 pages (including the bowel movements of Atlanteans).

As head of the Unity Lending Library, I will NOT be returning this book to the shelves. I will be sending it to the garbage can where it belongs.

Life's Hidden Meaning is filled with new material that had never before been disclosed. The book contains new knowledge that explains, conceptually, information that is mentioned mystically or semi-mystically in other metaphysical books but is not explained therein, and is especially not explained conceptually. This book is the best shortcut straight into the heart of esoteric knowledge. A rare find and well worth the effort.

Some of the information is helpful. Some does seems bigoted. I wonder why my last review was taken down? Perhaps because I was critical of the author?
