(Living Bible). David lived a unique life of always asking God in prayers on what, what not to do, where and where not to go and was willing to hear and obey God's voice.

This is a great book that really teaches the truth on what tithing was, and how it was practiced. It's unbelievable to witness all the current lies and misinformation about tithing that are from almost every Christian pulpit. I suppose in the vast majority of cases it is because of preachers that are naive about tithing, and just preaching what they've heard others preach (in the hopes of raising money to pay their salaries and building bigger church buildings). As Christians, we have a much higher standard. It's called "stewardship.

This book makes us understand the true nature of Biblical tithing. This book is full of scriptural truth. Point by point, line upon line, precept upon precept the author refutes every argument used by todays church leaders for extracting the tithe from the people. It is very enlightening, and may ruffle some feathers; but it is meant to correct false beliefs, edify, and teach. It provides much needed information for Christians and pushes them to re-evaluate their convictions. If you are satisfied with the traditions of men do not read this book.

Only a small portion of ones tithe should be given into other ministries however it is scriptural to give a love offering if we feel led to do so. I mean if God really told you to give to another ministry and you are behind on your bills then it would have to come out of the tithe because God says he hates robbery for burnt offering !

Cindy L. Russell nee Solomon was born in the small settlement of Calabash Bay, on the Island of Andros, Bahamas in 1968. The last of eight children, her life was greatly influenced by the Christian principles her loving father instilled in her at an early age. She accepted Jesus, the Christ as her personal Lord and Savior at the tender age of eleven. In 1983, Cindy relocated to Nassau, the Capital City of the Bahamas to complete her high school education, which she did at St. John's College. Four years later she enlisted in the Royal Bahamas Defence Force, a full military organization and served eleven faithful years there. Armed with discipline and integrity Cindy embarked on a new career as a Civilian within the Royal Bahamas Police Force in July of 1998. On September 2nd, 2005, Cindy relocated to Grand Bahama, the Bahamas' second City where she and her daughter presently resides.
