If you're looking for a practical, no nonsense approach to various challenges in your life, look no further - you've got what you need right here. Tim's book Don't Ask Stupid Questions is a must-read. His approach is simplicity. His approach saves you time and energy.
How many self-help books have you read with incredibly detailed, hard to follow programming? Tim eliminates the junk and shows you how to get more out of life consistently! When I sat down to read it, I wasn't sure how his book would change my life and make a difference. Within a few minutes though, I was hooked. I didn't put it down until I was finished and in the end, I wanted more. It's why I read his blog [...] and keep in contact with him. He's a great coach and a great author with a fantastic message. Get this book! You'll be glad you did.

When reading this book, I am reminded of a story that happened to a friend of mine when he was younger.

He was the class clown. Made jokes in class. Had everyone's attention. And one day after making everyone laugh, the teacher turns to him and said "Now that you have everyone's attention, what are you going to do about it?"

Powerful eh?

Tim Brownson is a person who will make you laugh, smile, and more importantly, after he got your attention...will make you think about the questions he ask.

He makes it OK to ask why is the sky blue? Because questions is what going to make us better. He brings back that child within us who always ask the questions and tells us to do the same. Ask, think and answer if you can.

Though I just finished reading this book, I plan on going back to it, and take one thought provoking question a day. I will think about it and see how to apply it to my daily life.

So ready to laugh and think? Go get the book.

This really is a brilliant book. Tim's inimitable writing style and clarity of thinking make it an absolute pleasure to read -- but the questions raised will challenge you to take a good hard look at your life.

"Don't Ask Stupid Questions: There Are No Stupid Questions" is split into bite-sized chapters with titles like "Shut the Duck Up", "Don't Take This Personally", "Your Best Is Always Good Enough" and "You Must Read This Chapter". Cover to cover, it would only take a couple of hours to read -- but it's endlessly re-readable, and if you go slowly and jot down your own answers to the questions after each chapter, you'll get a lot more from it.

You could enjoy this book purely for the entertaining blend of anecdotes, jokes and one-liners ... but it's so much more than that. If you've go the courage to face up to hard questions (like "How could your life change for the better if you too total responsibility for it?") this is a very inspiring, life-changing book.

If you've ever felt that life is passing you by, or worried that you'll never achieve what you're capable of, buy this book, read and re-read it, and don't ever call a question "stupid" again!

(Oh, and Tim also has a blog called "The Discomfort Zone" at [...] -- if you enjoyed the book, you'll love his blog too!)

I have read MANY self development books over the last 18 months. This is the only one that lent humor to the cause and for that ALONE I would give it five stars! When you throw in the smart voice of Tim Brownson and his unique way of looking at life -- you have got a true winner. This is a book to keep and go back to. This book will inspire you to look at things a little bit differently. When examining your life and studying self growth it is easy for it to become "heavy" and that just makes you want to stop learning. Tim Brownson encourages laughter which allows for feeling good amidst self-analyzation. I recommend this book highly and believe everyone could get something from it.

Not only is Tim right on in what he says, his humor makes reading this book again and again enjoyable. (I happen to enjoy slapping my forehead and laughing at why I didn't see the simple brilliance before.) Glad to have a hard copy and a kindle version.
