If you've already gobbled up The Girl On the Train, you're probably hungry for something similar to read that hits lots of the same notes.

Even before its release, Paula Hawkins' debut novel The Girl On the Train was insanely buzzworthy - we were even talking about it here on Bustle. If you've already gobbled up The Girl On the Train, you're probably hungry for something similar to read that hits lots of the same notes. You want a page-turner that'll keep you guessing, and a fast-paced mystery in which you're tearing through the story just to find out what happens next. And I'm going to bet you've already read Gone Girl, the novel to which The Girl On the Train is being so hotly compared. Lucky for you, women write some of the best twisty, mysteries.

I was disappointed in this journal, which is not really a "guided" journal, but rather a mostly blank book with a few random quotes. I was hoping for journal prompts and ideas. I bought it as a gift for my sister who is lower functioning and has a hard time keeping a journal on her own. She needs ideas to spark her creativity.

The cover was cute and the journal was sturdy, but it just wasn't what I was hoping for.

This little book is fun, inspirational, and feminist! It is a perfect birthday, mother's day or stocking stuffer gift. It's the kind of book that can be read at once or one page each day.

I bought this book becasue it seemed like it would contain really good quotes. There were a few I really liked, but (all by celebrities), the quotes aren't the best I've read and don't really apply to my life. They're inspirational, but not the best.
