The overall aim is to explore factors that impact on academic change and development in a higher education teaching and learning environment supported by educational technologies. In particular, I focus on the exploration of factors that can be used to inform the design of academic development activities to support teachers and managers in the development of teaching and learning at all levels of the organisation.
