cool book. I bought it because my professor wrote this book and it is required for my class. It is very useful if you are taking his class. Outside that, i can't see other beneficial reasons for purchasing it.
  • skriper
This was a fantastic book! I have been able to apply a large amount of the ideas and concepts presented in the book, even down to organizational structure. I highly recommend this book because it is a great balance of science and 'art' in the world that is business analytics.
  • Swordsong
Outdated book and hard to follow, especially with the online version.
  • Arcanefist
Difficult to follow the downloadable version. Also, it does not give you a page number if you need to cite work.
  • Malak
This book spends half of itself explaining kinda obvious stuff like what is BA, why is important, what programs are used in BA (excel, sas, spss), how to group teams, align other resources, etc. In my opinion I could have saved this $100 and look these introductory lessons on the internet
